Raw Talent is run by Lisa and Edward Milbourn from our home in Coventry (hence the “cov” bit in the URL).
Lisa is an ex-teacher and now trainee leagle beagle who loves a night in with a good glass of wine, Ed is an engineer who loves to be out and about running or cycling.
Together we love to be out for a nice cup of tea and slice of cake, or in a good pub with a nice pint (/glass of wine) and some good food. As well as keeping a few chickens and endeavouring to grow as much of our own food as possible we like to turn our hand to cooking, preserving and inevitably home brewing and it is our success in the kitchen which has brought about Raw Talent .
