Things are looking busy in the run up to Christmas so we’ve added an Events page (with a link on the top menu bar) to let you all know where we’ll be and when! Do pop by and say hello sometime.
Now then, we love making stuff that we love, and we love it when you love it too (if you follow), some things however do occasionally take a bit of imagination to make the most of.
Souped up Sausages
“Jellies” are a great traditional accompaniment to hot or cold meats and sometimes cheeses and due to their clear nature look spectacular in the jar. We’re often asked what else can I do with it ?… if you don’t make a roast regularly your jar of jelly might sit there getting lonely.
So here’s one super simple idea we really enjoy to soup up some sausages. I admit a great sausage is hard to improve on especially something meaty from your local butcher or even home made for the brave (but that’s a different story!) but I think this does it:

Home to all manner of American inspired goodies you’ll also find a café / deli / diner to keep you fuelled up, featuring most importantly for us; the Freak Shake…. which can be made with our delicious brownies, including a couple of flavours developed especially for this purpose.
If that’s all too much for you, I’m sure you can have a piece with coffee instead if you ask nicely!
