Wowzers what a crazy weekend, at last it seems something that Coventry can get excited about: Chocolate!
Choc Brownies
A big thanks to all those who turned out to the Festival of Chocolate to see what we and the other stallholders had on offer, from Brownies to Fudge to Gin and of course any number of variations of Chocolate. All alongside some great streetfood, beer and some excellent spring weather.

For us the Friday was steady, we took what we thought was quite alot of stock compared to other events we’ve done and made a few more bits overnight. Saturday however we were literally blown away by the amount of people and interest in anything with the word Chocolate in the title, the place was rightly buzzing.
Trade was good to the extent that I missed most of it as I was running back and forth making and baking new rocky road & brownies to keep the stall topped up, something I totally failed at such was the demand. One still warm tray of brownies was sliced and sold before it even made it onto the display!
